This page informs you of our policies regarding conduct when you use our Service.
Ignite exists to provide a safe and friendly space for nurse educators and leaders of development to work together to discuss, brainstorm, and grow. This space is designed to be positive and welcoming.
Ignite does not support and will not tolerate the following:

Any form of prejudice

The forum is to be used by members only. While we support freedom of speech, we expect members to treat others with courtesy and respect. Do not use discussion that encroaches on privacy or confidentiality in your engagements. Ignite requires the omission of identifiers. Please be responsible.
We hold a zero tolerance policy for bullying and harassment. We maintain the right to moderate discussion and remove material as seen fit, though retain no legal obligation to do so. You may be held legally accountable for what you say and do on the Service. You may be held liable for defamatory comments, threats, or fraudulent claims. You may be held responsible for any breach of rights of a third party. All decisions are made with the best interests of the Ignite community in mind.
